Platinum Jubilee 2023

What a Weekend! The Queens Platinum Jubilee.

It was LC's absolute honour and privilege to be asked to provide equipment and crew for several of the weekend’s celebrations. A massive Thanks to LD Nigel Catmur for asking us to light the Tree of Trees, a 21-meter-high sculpture in honour of The Queens Green Canopy. This Tree of Tree's was made up of 340 saplings which will later go on to be planted as part of the continuing Green Canopy project. Nigel Approached us to provide lighting of this magnificent structure. We were more than happy to help. 3400 lights all controlled via LED Creatives Byte Controllers were woven into each tree resulting in a truly spectacular centre piece for the whole Weekend. In addition to this we were asked to provide a stream of lights at both Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace for the lighting ceremony. Here are just a few images from the entire weekend.
